110-170GHz PA MMICs are available from 2024Q2

D Band is the key concern of MKR. We have successfully developed series MMICs of LNA,Mixer,AMC,ZBD on this field so far.

We have experienced on lots of failure on the fabrication of 110-170GHz PA MMICs in the last year. Finally there is a great breakthrough for us. We will introduce two types PA MMICs on this band. One is for narrow band(140-160GHz) with super output power, the other one will be broadband(110-170GHz) PA MMICs. Both of them is based on GaN.
